Born in the south west of France, Pauline Gonzalo grew up in an environment where the practice of arts was part of the everyday life. Therefore she started drawing naturally, among others activities, such as painting, music or writing, all under a great freedom of learning, self-taught and intuitive. Her expression is spontaneous, lively, raw, sometimes brutal, but always stamped by a great sensitivity to the individuals and elements that surround her, from wich we can deduct through her work the respect and humility they arouse in her.
